Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Day-to-day, you can expect 30-60 minute one</span><span data-contrast="auto">-on-</span><span data-contrast="auto">one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, up to two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. Teammates have a productivity of 72.50% of their day.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-teams="true">The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week.
