From day one, you'll be surrounded by a team of OTs, COTAs, and multidisciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your first year. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Day-to-day, you can expect 30-60 minute one</span><span data-contrast="auto">-on-</span><span data-contrast="auto">one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships. <span data-ccp-props="{}">We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. </span>Teammates can expect a productivity expectation of 75% of their week.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{}">The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week.
