About the role

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Technical Business Analyst to work with retail clients and project teams to define business requirements and use cases. Working alongside senior analysts and the technical teams assigned to your projects, you will help translate client needs into clear requirements, bridge the gap between clients and development staff, and support features from definition through delivery. This is a growth role: you will build product, analysis, and retail expertise while taking on increasing ownership of your work. Our organization provides software solutions for some of the world's largest retailers, partnering with brands like Kroger, Amazon, Meijer and Costco to deliver innovative consumer experiences across a wide range of technologies. As an Associate Technical Business Analyst, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for planning, developing, and releasing software solutions to market. You will build and nurture working relationships with product, program management, and supporting groups to help ensure the timely release of solutions that meet demanding customer expectations. This position requires a solid technical background, familiarity with Agile software development, and an understanding of traditional waterfall methodologies.
