You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives. • Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way • Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions • Create interest and answer basic questions • Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives • Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals What We’re Looking For We care more about your attitude and work ethic than a long resume. You’ll do well here if you are: • Comfortable starting conversations with new people • Positive, energetic, and motivated by goals • Reliable, coachable, and ready to learn • Competitive in a healthy way and excited to earn bonuses • Comfortable being active and working outdoors during the day Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful, but not required . If you bring the effort, we’ll teach you the rest.
