As an intern you will help build, check and maintain those data assets using SQL and statistical tools. On a typical day you will work closely with your manager and a team member who guides your focus area, alongside the other interns on the team and partner teams across the business. Reconcile numbers between systems and explain any gaps.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Help monitor scheduled data pipelines, investigate failures and document the cause and fix.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Help apply data standards: table and column descriptions, labels, and documentation so data is easy to find and trust.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Superset and Google Sheets so teams can answer their own questions.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Take on focused analysis projects assigned by your manager, and present findings to the team.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Provide leaders with clear, reliable insight to support data-driven decisions.</span></li> </ul> <h1><span style="color: rgb(37, 71, 123);">What you'll bring to the role:</span></h1> <div class="MuiGrid-root css-17v2lcf"> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study in progress.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Some experience as a Data Analyst or pursuing a career path in Data Analytics/Data Science.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Technical experience using SQL, Python or Google BigQuery is required.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Codex to build real work (for example analyses, scripts, automations or dashboards). Be ready to show examples and explain how you directed the tool and verified its output.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Good judgment with AI-generated work: you test results, catch errors and never ship output you cannot explain.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Experience applying Large Language Models (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to analyze unstructured data and to speed up documentation and analysis.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Experience, or a strong track record of experimenting, with AI agents and agentic workflows to automate tasks like data quality checks, monitoring and reporting.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, statistical analysis, reporting, and data analysis.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Attention to detail and comfort checking your own work and other people's numbers.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Some knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Superset, Tableau).</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Strong communication, organization, analytical, and time management skills, as well as a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Technical competence using software programs, including but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Experience developing machine learning models is an asset.</span></li> </ul> </div> <div class="MuiGrid-root css-17v2lcf"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this role!
