Joining a fast-paced, creative team, you will bring an innovative, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach to design that aligns seamlessly with our brand’s aesthetic.</p> <p data-path-to-node="4">In this role, you will assist in translating creative ideas into actionable design assets, collaborate with fellow designers during ideation, and partner with the Product Development and Technical Design teams to execute timely, high-quality garments. You will support cross-functional partners in fit sessions and line management, working closely with merchandising to understand customer needs and support product success.</p> <h4 data-path-to-node="2"><strong data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="0">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h4> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Trend & Market Research:</strong> Stay informed on emerging trends, new techniques, fabrics, and industry innovations to bring fresh ideas to the team.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Design Execution:</strong> Design brand-appropriate fashion in alignment with seasonal concepts, creative directives, and existing product lines under the direction of senior design leadership.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Sketching & CADs:</strong> Hand-sketch design concepts and create detailed, accurate technical sketches and CADs for assigned categories.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Line Sheet & Sample Tracking:</strong> Assist in managing and maintaining updated line sheets, sample tracking, and seasonal design documentation for the team.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Product Development Support:</strong> Collaborate with Product Development on developments, fabric sourcing, trim callouts, and garment details.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Fittings & Technical Design:</strong> Participate in fit sessions alongside Senior Designers and Technical Design from prototype to approval, taking detailed notes and supporting tech pack creation.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Pre-Production Follow-Up:</strong> Track and follow up on all design details (lab dips, fabric swatches, trims) to ensure consistency with approved brand direction.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,7,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,7,0" data-index-in-node="0">Calendar Alignment:</strong> Manage daily tasks within the brand calendar to ensure all key deadlines and milestones are met.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,8,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,8,0" data-index-in-node="0">Presentations & Board Preparation:</strong> Assist in preparing clear, compelling presentation decks, trend boards, and digital mock-ups for creative reviews and meetings.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,9,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,9,0" data-index-in-node="0">Process Optimization:</strong> Proactively support workflow efficiency and maintain an organized design workspace and digital asset library</li> </ul> <h4 data-path-to-node="4"><strong data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="0">ROLE REQUIREMENTS</strong></h4> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="10,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Experience:</strong> 3–5 years of fashion design experience within a fast-paced, trend-driven apparel environment.</li> <li data-path-to-node="10,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Skills:</strong> Strong hand-sketching abilities and proficiency in creating technical CADs.</li> <li data-path-to-node="10,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Software Proficiency:</strong> Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.</li> <li data-path-to-node="10,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Market Knowledge:</strong> Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion trends, color, fabric, and inclusive design.</li> <li data-path-to-node="10,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Detail-Oriented & Organized:</strong> Exceptional organizational skills with precise attention to detail in technical specs and line sheets.</li> <li data-path-to-node="10,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Collaboration & Attitude:</strong> High team spirit, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with an "all-hands-on-deck" mentality.</li> <li data-path-to-node="10,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Communication:</strong> Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
