We offer supporting programs and resources that provide enriching and equitable opportunities for each person to contribute professionally and personally.</div>POSITION SUMMARY: This co-op position will assist IT with the execution of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative (Oracle Fusion) in support of Testing and End-User Readiness for the functional teams, which includes the following: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Help develop end-user training materials, job aids, work instructions, and reference documentation for ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Procurement.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Update and maintain test scripts and related testing documentation as business processes and system configuration evolve.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Execute test scripts, log defects, and track resolution during system and end-to-end testing cycles.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist with requirements documentation and business process mapping.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support training delivery logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and collecting participant feedback.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide go-live support, including troubleshooting, ticket triage, and user assistance.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist with project coordination tasks such as meeting notes, status tracking, and follow-up actions.</li> </ul> ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on experience with testing and organizational readiness in a full ERP implementation lifecycle.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Exposure to cross-functional business processes and enterprise technology.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Practical skills in technical writing, systems testing, and project coordination.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Mentorship from experienced IT and business professionals.</li> </ul> ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Regular and predictable work performance</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work under fast paced conditions</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to make decisions and use good judgment</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to successfully work with others</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Additional duties as assigned</li> </ul> BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Information Technology or related field</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong written communication skills; ability to explain system steps in plain language for end users.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Interest in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio applications</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced project environment.</li> </ul> PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coursework or experience in technical writing, instructional design, or training content development.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Exposure to any Enterprise software package.
