We offer supporting programs and resources that provide enriching and equitable opportunities for each person to contribute professionally and personally.</div>POSITION SUMMARY: This co-op position will assist IT with the execution of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative (Oracle Fusion) in support of the Data Migration workstream, which includes the following: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support data migration cycles, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and load activities, under the guidance of the data migration team.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build and run data validation and reconciliation reports comparing legacy data to the target ERP system.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist with data quality analysis: identify duplicates, gaps, and formatting issues in master and transactional data, and track remediation to completion.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support mock conversion and cutover rehearsal activities, including documenting load results and maintaining issue logs.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Log defects found during data validation and track resolution with functional and technical teams.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain documentation of data mappings, cleansing rules, and conversion decisions.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist with project coordination tasks such as meeting notes, status tracking, and follow-up actions.</li> </ul> ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on experience with data conversion in a full ERP implementation lifecycle.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Exposure to enterprise data structures across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Practical skills in data analysis, reconciliation, validation testing, and documentation.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Mentorship from experienced IT and business professionals.</li> </ul> ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Regular and predictable work performance</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work under fast paced conditions</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to make decisions and use good judgment</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to successfully work with others</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Additional duties as assigned</li> </ul> BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Information Technology or related field</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; attention to detail when working with large data sets.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Interest in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and enterprise data management.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Visio applications</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced project environment.</li> </ul> PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Exposure to SQL, databases, or reporting/analytics tools.</li> </ul> OTHER REQUIREMENTS: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check</li> </ul> <div class="content-conclusion">AtriCure has a variety of benefits available for US based employees and their families.
