You’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your growth. Here's what you can expect: <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Preconstruction Planning – Attend post-award meetings to review project details and assist with construction planning before work begins. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Project Scheduling – Work with the Project Manager to develop construction schedules, sequencing, staffing plans, and equipment needs. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Field Leadership – Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Subcontractor Coordination – Manage subcontractor activities, communicate schedule updates, and ensure work is properly coordinated across trades. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Material & Equipment Management – Assist with material deliveries, equipment coordination, shop drawing approvals, and material submittals. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Progress & Cost Tracking – Help prepare job progress reports, review field purchase orders and invoices, and monitor project costs. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Owner & Design Team Communication – Maintain regular communication with owners, architects, and project stakeholders regarding project progress and field activities. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Jobsite Meetings – Lead and participate in jobsite coordination meetings with project managers, regional managers, subcontractors, and other project team members. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Documentation – Maintain accurate daily reports and jobsite records, including project activities, site conditions, visitors, and key project decisions. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Safety Leadership – Promote and enforce the company's safety program while maintaining a safe, productive jobsite for all team members. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Team Collaboration – Partner with Project Managers and field teams to understand how office and field operations work together to successfully deliver projects. </li> </ul> Every day as a Superintendent is different, but you'll play a key role in keeping projects safe, organized, and on schedule.<img class="WACImage SCXW238995626 BCX0" style="max-width: 100%;" width="0"> NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Recent or soon-to-be graduate of an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering undergraduate or graduate program (other related engineering majors will be considered) </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A strong interest in the construction process, specifically design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial builds, etc. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Previous experience in construction preferred, but not required </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s licenses in your state of residence</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">GPA 3.0 or higher preferred, but not required </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
